Fill the form below to request your Vault Item Manager account to be deleted.

Requesting account deletion will permanently delete your:

• Vault Item Manager account and related data
• User generated content (such as your item ratings and reviews)

To request account deletion, please do the following:

1. For the Email field, enter your email. We may contact you at this email address if more information is required.
2. Tap and hold on the “Delete Account” button on the “Settings” page of The Vault for 2 seconds to copy your Membership Id. When you see the “Membership Id copied to clipboard.” message, return to this page and paste the value in the Membership Id field.
3. You can use the Message field to provide more info.
4. Tap on Request Account Deletion button to send your request.
